I can't answer a visa question right now. What do I do?

Don't worry! It's OK that you don't know answers to some visa questions.

First, have a look — does the question have the Does not apply or Do not know checkbox next to it?

• Some questions might not be applicable to you (for example, writing your name in a native alphabet if your language uses Latin).

• Questions with Do not know can be postponed and completed later. Select the checkbox and continue with your application.

If the question doesn't have options to skip it, please contact our Support team or let us know in a chat. For now, you can enter NA or 000. In this case, remember the field you skipped and make sure to go back to it later.
