I can't log in. How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password:
Click the Forgot Password? link under the login form.
In the form, enter your email address and click Reset password.
Check your mailbox for the Password Recovery email from VisaLex and click the Update Password button.
In the Update Your Password form, enter a new password and click Update.
Note: A new password must be at least 8 characters long, include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and a number.
Now, you can go back to the Login page and sign in with a new password.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code when you try to log in with a new password. If you don't receive a code, contact our Support team.
Note: If you enter a wrong password several times in a row, we'll block your account for 30 minutes. Please retry later.
